Serving clients in Asheville, NC, New York City and online.
Meghan Michalski serves clients in the Asheville, NC and New York City areas, and online. Her sessions are one-to-one and ongoing at a regular cadence rather than a fixed-length program. Her coaching builds executive function skills such as planning, prioritizing, time management and emotion regulation. She starts by building trust and rapport while assessing how each client processes information, then adapts concepts and organizational strategies to the way that person perceives and understands things.

Meghan works alongside a client’s psychiatrists, psychologists and family as one coordinated part of a whole care team. Her approach is relational: she holds space for authenticity while using a client’s strengths and building up growth areas, with the aim of long-term self-sufficiency.
