Executive function coaching
What Meghan works on with clients and how the work is shaped around each person.
Contact
Email is the simplest way to reach Meghan. A few lines about what you are looking for is plenty.
Whether you are a young adult, a parent or caregiver, a clinician or educational consultant, or an individual or entrepreneur, you are welcome to write. Tell Meghan a little about who you are, what you are hoping for and anything that would help her understand where you are starting from. A good first note might mention who the coaching is for, what feels hard to keep on track right now, and whether you are hoping for virtual or in-person sessions. There is no need to have it all figured out.
If you are writing on behalf of someone else, such as a son, a daughter or a client, a brief description of the situation is enough. Please leave out private details you would rather not send by email.
Serving clients in Asheville, NC, New York City and online.

A note on support
Coaching is not therapy and is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911 in an emergency.
